Quotations and bookings
A quotation request or booking request sent through this website, by telephone, by email or by message is an enquiry. It does not become an agreement until we have confirmed the cleaning service, the date and the price with you.
A quotation is based on the details that you give us, such as the type of clean, the size and condition of the property and the areas that need attention. Please make sure that the details are accurate and complete. If anything changes before the clean, please tell us so that we can confirm the scope and the price with you before the appointment.
Our services are available in the areas we cover, subject to availability. If you are not sure that we cover your address, please ask us before you book.
Access to the property
To carry out a clean we need access to the property at the agreed time. Please tell us in advance about any arrangements for access, parking or security that we should know about, and about anything in the property that needs particular care.
Our service
We carry out each cleaning service with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. If you have a concern about a clean, please tell us as soon as you can by telephone or by email, and we will look into it and reply.
Using this website
This website is for finding out about our services and for asking us for a quotation or booking. Please use it lawfully and do not try to interfere with it, to send automated or false requests, or to gain access to anything that is not meant for you. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

The photographs show cleaning work carried out by us. The customer reviews are real reviews from our Google Business Profile, shown with the reviewer's first name only. The text, the photographs and the logo belong to us or are used with permission, and you may not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

This website links to other websites, such as Google and TikTok, and shows a map supplied by Google. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they use your information.
