What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Removing rubble, offcuts or builders' waste
- Cement or paint that needs a scraper on delicate surfaces
- Carpet shampooing (available as an extra)
- Outside windows and exterior areas
How it works
Book once the builders have finished and taken their tools and rubbish away. Send us a few photos and we'll prepare a quote.
We bring industrial hoovers with fine-dust filters, since a normal hoover just blows building dust back into the air. Big jobs get a second visit a day or two later, once the last of the dust has settled.
Common questions
When should I book the clean?
Once all building work is finished and the waste has gone. Cleaning while trades are still working means the dust comes straight back.
Do you remove building rubbish?
No. Your builder should take away rubble and waste. We clean once the space is clear.
Can you get paint off windows and floors?
Yes, splashes and drips on glass, tiles and most hard floors. We test first on delicate surfaces such as natural stone.
Why does it take so long?
Building dust is very fine and settles slowly. A top-to-bottom clean, sometimes followed by a second visit, deals with dust that settles after the work ends.
