Changeover cleaning for Airbnb, Booking.com and other short-let hosts in Harrow and across London. We clean between guests to the checklist you agree with us.
When we've finished, we send you photos of the property.
What's included
A standard changeover gets the property ready for the next check-in.
Bedrooms
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen
- Dusting and hoovering, including under the bed
- Wardrobes and drawers checked for anything left behind
Kitchen
- Dishes washed or dishwasher run
- Worktops, hob, sink and appliances wiped
- Fridge emptied of guest food
- Bins emptied
Bathroom and the rest
- Bathroom cleaned and fresh towels laid out
- Toilet roll, soap and basics restocked from your supplies
- Floors hoovered and mopped throughout
- Photos of every room sent to you after each clean

Before you book
What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Laundry of your linen and towels (available for an extra charge)
- Buying supplies (we restock from what you keep at the property)
- Repairs or maintenance, though we will report anything broken
- Deep cleaning, which we suggest every few months
How it works
Share your booking calendar or send us check-out and check-in times. We'll book each changeover in the gap.
We use your key safe or hold a key, and leave the property exactly as your checklist says. Damage, missing items or anything a guest left behind gets reported to you with photos.
Common questions
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes. Most changeovers happen between an 11am check-out and a 3pm check-in, and we plan around that gap.
Do you provide the linen?
We use the linen and towels you keep at the property. We can arrange laundry for an extra charge.
How do you get in?
Through your key safe or smart lock, or by an access arrangement agreed with you before the clean.
What if a guest leaves the place in a mess?
We'll send you photos and tell you before doing extra work, so you can claim it back through the platform if needed.
