Every schedule is written for the site, but most cover these areas.

- Counters, desks and display surfaces wiped
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
Washrooms
- Toilets, urinals and basins cleaned and disinfected
- Mirrors, tiles and fittings wiped
- Soap, paper and hand towels topped up (your supplies or ours)
- Floors mopped
Staff areas and communal spaces
- Kitchens and break rooms, including the microwave and fridge front
- Stairwells, landings and lifts
- Handrails, door handles and light switches

Before you book
What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Specialist cleaning such as kitchen extraction or industrial machinery
- External windows above ground floor
- Clinical or biohazard waste disposal
- Consumables, unless agreed in your quote
How it works
Tell us about the premises and we'll arrange a free visit to look round. We'll agree what needs doing, how often and when, then send a written quote and schedule.
We work from that schedule on every visit. You can change it whenever your needs change.
Common questions
Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes. Most commercial sites are cleaned early in the morning or in the evening. Weekends are available too.
Do you need a contract?
We agree a schedule in writing so both sides know what's included. There's no long lock-in. One month's notice ends it.
Can you work in a building with security or key holding?
Yes. We can hold keys and alarm codes, sign in at reception or work around your building manager.
Do you supply the products and equipment?
Yes, all cleaning products and equipment. Toilet roll, soap and bin liners can be supplied by us or by you.
