End of tenancy cleaning in Harrow and London

Before you book
What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Carpet steam cleaning (add it to your booking for an extra charge)
- Outside windows above the ground floor
- Removing rubbish or furniture left behind
- Mould treatment beyond surface cleaning
How it works
Book a date once you know your moving-out day, ideally a day or two before the checkout inspection. We'll need the property empty, with electricity and water still on.
We can collect keys from you or your letting agent and drop them back afterwards. Once we've finished you'll get photos of each room, which are useful if the deposit is ever disputed.
Common questions
What does an end-of-tenancy clean cover?
We clean the property from top to bottom, including the oven, cupboards and bathroom limescale. Damage and missing items are outside the scope of a clean.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most tenants have already moved out. We can collect and return keys from you or your letting agent.
Is the oven included?
Yes. The oven, hob, grill and extractor hood are all part of every end of tenancy clean, at no extra cost.
How long does it take?
Around 4 to 6 hours for a one-bedroom flat and a full day for a three-bedroom house. Larger homes get two or more cleaners so it is done the same day.
Can you clean carpets at the same time?
Yes. Add carpet cleaning when you book and we'll do it on the same visit. Many tenancy agreements ask for it.
