Before you book
What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- IT equipment beyond a dust (no cleaning inside computers)
- Carpet deep cleaning (available as a separate booking)
- External windows
- Consumables, unless agreed in your quote
How it works
We start with a free visit to see the office and agree what's needed and when. You'll get a written quote and a simple checklist for each visit.
We work from that checklist on every visit. Need an extra clean before a client visit or after an event? Ask and we will fit it in.
Common questions
Do you clean outside office hours?
Yes. Most offices are cleaned early morning or in the evening, so your team is never disturbed.
How often should our office be cleaned?
Busy offices with a kitchen usually need daily cleaning. Smaller teams often manage with two or three visits a week.
Can you hold keys and alarm codes?
Yes. We can agree an access arrangement with you before the clean, including keys, alarm codes or reception sign-in.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-in. We agree the schedule in writing and either side can end it with one month's notice.
