A standard visit covers the rooms you use every day. Swap anything in or out when you book.

- Hard floors mopped
- Beds made, or linen changed if you leave fresh sheets out

Before you book
What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Inside the oven or fridge (add an oven clean for an extra charge)
- Washing up a full sink of dishes, or laundry and ironing
- Outside windows, gutters or anything that needs a ladder
- Moving heavy furniture
How it works
Get a quote online or give us a ring. We'll ask about the size of your home and what you want covered, then agree a day and time that suits you.
Your first visit is longer, because we're getting the house up to a standard we can keep. After that we come back each week or fortnight. Many customers leave a key so they don't need to be in. If you only want a one-time clean, it's a single visit and there's nothing to cancel.
Common questions
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we bring our own products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own, for example because of allergies, just tell us.
Is there a contract?
No. You can pause, change the day or stop altogether. We just ask for 48 hours' notice so the slot can go to someone else.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many regular customers leave a key or key safe code. Tell us what access arrangement works best for you.
How often should I book?
Weekly suits busy families and homes with pets. Fortnightly works well for couples and flats. You can change the frequency at any time, or start with a one-time clean and see how you get on.
Can I book just one clean?
Yes. A one-time clean is a single visit with nothing to sign up to. If the house hasn't had a proper clean for a while, a deep clean may suit better.
