What's not included
These fall outside a standard visit or cost extra:
- Moving heavy furniture such as wardrobes and beds
- Stains that have set permanently or bleach damage
- Upholstery and mattresses (ask, as we can quote separately)
- Repairing worn, torn or loose carpet
How it works
Tell us how many rooms, stairs or rugs need cleaning and about any stubborn stains. We'll give you a price before you book.
On the day, clear small items off the floor. We'll do the rest and tell you when it's safe to walk on and put furniture back.
Common questions
How long until I can walk on the carpet?
You can walk on it carefully in socks straight away. It is usually fully dry in 4 to 6 hours, faster with the windows open or the heating on.
Will every stain come out?
Most do, especially if they're recent. Some old or dyed stains can only be lightened, and we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes. The products we use are safe once the carpet is dry. Keep pets off until then so they don't track dirt back in.
Do you clean stairs and rugs?
Yes, stairs, landings and loose rugs. Very delicate or antique rugs may need a specialist, and we will say so if that is the case.
